  It hurts our feelings to learn about such terrible customer service. Our expectations on delivering great customer service was set high. Jenn opened her own salon, Jennifer's Shear Talent, and we have people who tell us (daily) about their experience there since we left. Jenn used to be the manager, up until March 2017.
