  Ordered four "crunchy" tacos and one large cinnabon to go. The only part of the taco shells that were even partially crunchy were the very tops. The bottom of the shells were so soggy that when moved every thing fell out of the bottom of the shells. Every single taco shell was broken to pieces on one side. I called Taco Bell and the phone rang a long time. Finally spoke with David. He offered to replace them but I was just too tired to drive back up there so he took our names and entered them into "the book". I asked was there a time limit on this and he replied "I mean, I'd like it to be no more than a month." Most likely will never ask for them to be replaced. On a positive note the Cinnabons were so GOOD and thus explains the 2 stars.
